Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped anywhere between 7-17 business days for standard items. Incase of a custom orders, it will be shipped within 14-21 days as the garment will be made after the order is placed. Usually orders are shipped much quicker but this is a just-in-case.
International Shipping
We offer shipping worldwide, rates will be calculated at the check out depending on your location. International orders will be dispatched in 14-21 working days. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping.
Customs / Duties:
Customs / duties / any additional charges (if any) are levied as the package reaches its destination country. RAFU'D does not take any responsibility for any additional charges, nor will we be aware of them as they solely depend on the destination country. If you would like to know more about any duties or taxes that might be applicable in your country, we recommend reaching out to your nearest customs office with any inquiries you may have.
Failed Deliveries:
For any packages that fail to be delivered due to the customer not being available, incorrect contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay - RAFU'D does not take responsibility for the same or the shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order upon your request. If your order is returned and you wish for it to be shipped again, you will have to bear the shipping fee.
